Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. The owner is of Crossfit Reykjavik and runs it as well. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive years. In 2010, she finished in second place. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. She was the winner of CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 two times as the first woman to win. Other accomplishments includes winning the Dubai Fitness competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie, along with both her parents and siblings was born to Reykjavik Iceland. When she was a kid she was an avid fan of sports and exercise. She was a participant in numerous school activities and won a number of medals. In 2009 she first participated in the CrossFit games at California where she performed relatively well in initial games. Annie Thorisdottir is, as of 2021, is age 31. She stands at 5'7" tall, and weighs around 67 pounds. Annie was the first to begin CrossFit classes in California in 2009. In the initial games she did very well and finished in the Top 10 out of 70. However she was unable to achieve any championships and finished her tournament in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. At the CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she came second place, and also won an Olympic silver medal that same year. In the following year she was a participant with Jami Tikkanen in CrossFit Games and won them due to her impressive performances. It was her first time as a woman to win CrossFit Games. Annie's impressive performance in 2012 helped to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was her second time that she won consecutively. Silver medals were awarded in 2014; and in 2021, she was awarded an award of bronze in the CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a trainer and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, which she founded. Annie is an aspiring athlete who has been the face for numerous brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs as well as Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization and the Sidekick Yorbae.
