Sharni Vinson, an Australian-American actor, dancer and actress born on 22 July 1983 in Sydney Australia. Sharni Vinson made her debut as an actress in 2001, when she portrayed the role of a woman on Home and Away, a soap opera based in Australia. Her performance in the limited role was so fascinating that the casting agent for the show asked her to play the main role in the series. She was however rejected for the part. So, in the same episode, Cassie Turner was selected to play a teen troubled girl living in foster care. The show was well-received by the public and critics for her portrayal. She was born to Aaron Spelling, who worked as a TV and film producer, as well as Candy Spelling. She was raised together with her brother Randy whom she was able to have so much in common with. She was a student at Beverly Hills High School then Harvard-Westlake School. At a very early age her father started developing her talents in acting. When she was in sixth grade, her dad hired an actress to join her. She began to get part-time roles on shows like The Love Boat T.J. Hooker, Fantasy Island and The Love Boat. The year 1997 was the time she became famous at age 17 when she landed the role of Donna Martin on the highly successful television series Beverly Hills 90210. Spelling Television (her father's production firm) created the show. The show was nominated for two Young Artist Awards because of this role. She became a highly popular actress on TV and film, starring in movies such as A Friend to Die For released on the 24th of November 1994. A Carol Christmas (2003) as well as The Last Sharknado : It's Time (2018). She also starred on The House of Yes. Scary Movie 2, 2001, and Kiss the Bride. She went on to make independent movies. In 2019, she reprised Donna Martin's part in Beverly Hills 90210 spin-off.
